To make your booking process simple and secure, Oasis Dog Resort may require a deposit depending on the service you choose.
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your boarding reservation.
This deposit is applied toward your total balance.
The remaining balance is due when you drop off your dog at our facility.
If someone else will be dropping off your dog on your behalf, please let us know in advance. We may send you a secure payment link so the remaining balance can be paid before your dog’s arrival.
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your grooming appointment.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 3 days before the scheduled appointment with no penalty.
If the appointment is canceled less than 3 days before the scheduled date, or if the client does not show up, the $25 deposit will be forfeited.
Daycare does not require advance payment.
The full service is paid when you drop off your dog.
